Wer ich bin Who I am
Mein Name ist Andreas Hähnel, ich bin ein Outdoor-Fan aus dem Süden Deutschlands. Ich liebe es, in den Bergen und der schönen Natur auf der ganzen Welt zu wandern oder Rad zu fahren.
Das ist mein Weg. Wenn ich nicht in den Bergen bin, arbeite ich als IT-Berater.
My name is Andreas Hähnel, I'm an Outdoor-Fan based in the south of Germany. I love to hike or bike in mountains and beautiful nature around the world.
That's my way to go. When I'm not in the mountains, I'm working as IT consultant.

Ich bin hauptberuflich IT-Berater mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerke und IT-Sicherheit, Microsoft Server- und Cloud-Produkte mit mehr als 20 Jahren Berufserfahrung in mittelständischen bis großen Unternehmen. Nebenbei arbeite ich an verschiedenen Projekten, darunter Linux-Dienste, Apple- und Smarthome-Lösungen.
Ich verfüge über Kenntnisse in Netzwerkplanung und -implementierung (Aruba, Lancom, Ubiquiti UniFi), HPE-Hardware, klassischen Backup-Lösungen (Veeam), Konfiguration von Security Appliances (Sophos XGS), Infrastruktur-Virtualisierung (VMware/Hyper-V), Datenbanksystemen (Oracle, Microsoft), Groupware-Lösungen (Exchange), Sicherheitslösungen (Sophos, Symantec) und Cloud-Lösungen (Office365, Azure).
Ich biete professionelle Beratung und Unterstützung und konzentriere mich auf eine bedarfsorientierte Lösung für jeden Anwendungsfall. Außerdem habe ich Erfahrung in Programmierung, Scripting und Automatisierung mit PowerShell, Python etc. sowie im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz und deren Integration in Geschäftsprozesse.
Ich bin akkreditierter Netzwerkspezialist mit mehreren Sophos-, Ubiquiti- und Lancom-Zertifizierungen.
I am a full-time IT consultant with a focus on networks and IT security, Microsoft Server and Cloud products with more than 20 years of professional experience from medium-sized to large companies. On a part-time basis, I work on various projects, including Linux services, Apple and Smarthome solutions.
I have knowledge of network planning and implementation (Aruba, Lancom, Ubiquiti UniFi), HPE hardware, traditional backup solutions (Veeam), configuration of security appliances (Sophos XGS), infrastructure virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), database systems (Oracle, Microsoft), groupware solutions (Exchange), security solutions (Sophos, Symantec) and cloud solutions (Office365, Azure).
I offer professional advice and support and concentrate on a needs-oriented solution for every business case. I also have experience in programming, scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python etc. as well as in the field of Artificial Intelligence and its integration into business processes.
I am an accredited network specialist with several Sophos, Ubiquiti and Lancom certifications.

Ich arbeite seit mehr als 20 Jahren hauptberuflich in einem IT-Systemhaus als IT-Spezialist, das ich zusammen mit einem Geschäftspartner seit 2004 aufgebaut habe. Mittlerweile biete ich zusammen mit einem fünfzehnköpfigen Team kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service und die Rundum-Betreuung der System- und Netzwerkumgebung – praxisorientierte Lösungen. Meine Aufgaben umfassen dort die technische und administrative Leitung sowie die Projektbegleitung und -umsetzung.

I now work full-time for more than 20 years in an IT system house as an IT specialist, which I have built up together with a business partner since 2004.
